Feb. 15: The Stupid Cancer Show, “Cancerpreneurs”. I’ll be talking with Matthew Zachary, the founder of I’m too Young for This! Cancer Foundation (also mentioned in 10 Ways Social Media will Change in 2010) about everything from my experience with cancer, to starting a business to using social media for health care communication.

Feb. 18: Bay Area Compensation Association meeting, “The Truth About Compensation Communications”. Join me and a few others from the Benz team as we co-host a table-talk discussion on compensation communication.

Feb. 19: NCHRA Webinar, “Tips for Managing Your Online Presence” will walk you through the do’s and don’ts of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn (among others!).

April 1 and 13: BLR/ERI Webinars, “Employee Benefits: How to Explain Your Offerings to Employees and Convey a Strong Sense of Value.”

April 11-12: MetLife’s 6th National Symposium, “Leadership in Changing Times: Managing Challenges and Opportunities in a New Benefits Landscape”. I’ll be presenting “Raising the Bar: Inspiring Action Through Engaging Communication.” I’m beyond thrilled to be part of this event and share in the policy and trends discussion that MetLife leads each year.

April 29: Public Relations Society of America—Western District Conference, “Harness the Power of Social Media”. I’ll be part of a panel on strategic social communication.
