Enroll UX 2014—A new standard for public and private health insurance enrollment

With the passage—and upholding—of the Affordable Care Act, almost 40 million Americans are expected to go online for health care needs in 2014. The California Health Care Foundation, along with a coalition of nine public and private organizations, enlisted Ideo, a global design and innovation firm, to create a model for a first-class user experience (UX) design for health insurance exchanges.

We love anything that helps simplify the overwhelming process of exploring health care options. And with exchanges still TBD, we’re excited to see how they will implement Enroll UX 2014. Here’s a short video about the project:

Check out the Enroll UX 2014 prototype.
