Don’t get thrown off by online communication: Join our Master Class session for solutions

When it comes to communicating your benefits online, do you have questions about frequency, firewalls, followers and more? If so, you’re not alone. At last year’s Master Class session, “Likes, tweets and clicks: The dos and don’ts of online benefits communication,” we received more than a dozen in-depth questions about the specifics of maximizing an investment in Internet communication, including:

  • How many times per month do I need to update our company blog?
  • What are the risks in having information outside the network/firewall?
  • What kind of follower statistics do you generally see for a company benefits twitter account?

Join us on Thursday (March 5), when we’ll address these questions and more in the 2015 Master Class. (Spoiler alert: The answer to all three is, “Far fewer than you think.”)

Back by popular demand, I’ll lead the session to detail why using online channels is critical to the success of benefits communication.

We’ll break down best practices for the most common and appropriate online channels as well as measurement and metrics. I’ll also help you identify the right frequency and mix across various channels and keep you away from common—and costly—mistakes.

Register now to join us! The session has been approved for 1 (HR General) recertification credit hour toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute. *

* This is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met the HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.
