Jennifer Benz, SVP Communications Leader
Our most sought-after speaker, Jen has been on the leading edge of employee benefits for nearly 20 years. Noted as one of the country’s foremost experts on employee benefits, she was recognized in 2013 as one of Workforce Magazine’s Game Changers. She has delivered keynote addresses at some of the industry’s most exclusive events including the MetLife Benefits Symposium and Employee Benefit News Benefits Forum & Expo. As the Program Chair for the Human Resource Executive Health & Benefits Leadership Conference for three years, Jen shaped the program, presented several sessions and emceed the three-day event.

Brandon Moore, Strategic Accounts Director
Brandon Moore is Strategic Accounts Director at Segal Benz. He brings nearly 20 years of communications consulting experience to his client engagements, designing solutions around communication strategy, change management, health and financial benefits communication, channel optimization, and employee engagement. Prior to joining Segal Benz (formerly Benz Communications) in October 2015, Brandon spent nearly 10 years at Aon Hewitt, where he was an Associate Partner in the communication practice, and led the Westchester county, NY and CT market. Brandon holds a master’s degree in communications from Iona College.

Jon Stuckey, VP, Director of Creative Technology & Innovation
Jon Stuckey is VP, Director of Creative Technology & Innovation at Segal Benz. For more than two decades, Jon has helped clients leverage technology to achieve HR and business successes. At Segal Benz, he provides strategic vision and guidance for large clients including Intuit, Adobe, NVIDIA, Workday, Lenovo and Salesforce. Jon is in his element when solving for the intersection of benefits communication strategy, user experience, technology, and creative delivery. He holds a B.A. in business administration from Goshen College.

Megan Yost, Engagement Strategist
Megan Yost is the Engagement Strategist at Segal Benz, a communications and marketing agency specializing in employee benefits communication. With nearly 10 years of experience in financial services, Megan has worked with some of the country’s biggest employers to build a better employee experience with retirement benefits and increase employees’ interaction with them. She is a recipient of a P&I Eddy award, a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and is often quoted in news outlets such as The Boston Globe, CNBC, PlanSponsor, Investment News, and The Huffington Post. In addition, she regularly shares her insights with policy makers, including the Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council. Megan previously was the vice president and head of DC Experience for State Street Global Advisors’ Defined Contribution Team. In that role, she was responsible for global thought leadership and client and participant engagement. She holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in English from Colby College.
