Ring in 2016 with these great resources

Jennifer Benz
SVP Communications Leader

We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re always looking for opportunities to share our experience and knowledge with benefit pros so they can be even more successful.

As you prepare for the new year, keep these helpful resources in mind. They will help you get started on the right note in 2016.

A toolkit to help you stay sane

We know the 1095-C Form—and communicating about it—will be at the top of everyone’s priority list post holiday. Our 1095-C Toolkit—complete with key messages, tip sheets, 1-minute video, communications action plan, employee email, and web content—will save your team countless hours and help you be proactive and strategic with your communications.

Research to help you lead

Rich data. Our Inside Benefits Communication Survey is a behind-the-scenes industry report. It analyzes data from more than 300 high-level benefits professionals, giving you greater insight into how your peers are strategizing and implementing benefits communications—knowledge that can help you better serve your employees.

An inside look. The Benz-Quantum Health and Engagement Survey puts first-hand data from 2,000 employees at your fingertips. It focuses on how employees perceive, value, and use their health and wellness benefits. You can check out top-level findings in our highlights infographic and dive even deeper into the data with our four topical fact sheets.

White papers to help you make an impact

Thoughtful approach. In our white paper, Creating Results with Benefits Communication, we give you our proven three-step process for effective communication. By following these steps, you’ll accomplish more with less effort. The result: highly successful communications, benefits programs, and employees.

A case for wellness. There’s a lot of talk about employee wellness and well-being, and how companies can get the most out of their wellness programs. We partnered with Virgin Pulse to create the white paper, The Why Behind Well-Being: Building a Strong and Strategic Business Case for Employee Well-Being Programs. You’ll walk away with the four key steps employers need to create a successful well-being program that yields true and lasting ROI.

Evoke change. To help employers and their people make positive changes around financial wellness, we created 6 Steps to Bring Financial Wellness to the Workplace, which offers a framework for financial wellness programs. Created in partnership with State Street Global Advisors, the white paper includes some of the best, most innovative thinking in finance and employee benefits from leading experts.

Webinars to help you learn (and get it done!)

Don’t forget: Our master class series is available on demand. Six webinars cover all aspects of benefits communications—and you can view any of them at any time:

  • Creating results: Three steps to success with your benefits communication
  • Likes, tweets and clicks: The do’s and don’ts of online communication
  • Building engagement: Making HDHPs and HSAs a success
  • Data drives decisions: Segmenting and targeting benefits communication
  • 10 ways to make annual enrollment a success in an era of health care reform
  • Why design matters: User-centric design thinking creates results

Of course, we'll be adding new resources next year! In the meantime, we'd love to hear from you about how helpful these are and what else we can do to support you.
