Benz Communications partners with MetLife to help employers and brokers during annual enrollment

Jennifer Benz
SVP Communications Leader

We’re delighted to announce the launch of MetLife’s 2010 Open Enrollment Toolbox, a free online resource for employers and brokers, which includes four of our PDF Tip Sheets along with videos and a podcast—all about effective benefits communication. You can see clips from my presentation at the MetLife Benefits Symposium and listen to a podcast featuring me and MetLife’s medical director Dr. Ronald Leopold.

Benefits are more important than ever before—and, thanks to technology like social media and mobile Internet access, employees have entirely new expectations about when and how they receive information. Benefits communication must evolve to keep up. We hope these tip sheets help brokers and employers across the country get the most out of enrollment this fall—that key time when you’re capturing employees’ attention and helping them make good decisions for themselves and their families.

Please check out the Toolbox and let us know what you think!
