Getting the most from open enrollment: A roundup of our favorite tips and resources

We’re right in the middle of open enrollment and it’s not too late—even if you’ve already started enrollment—to have a positive and powerful impact on your employees through effective benefits communication. Let’s not dwell too much on how confusing benefits can be for your employees (even Forbes is writing about that now).
