Katherine Anttila

Kathy has over 30 years of human resources communications and training experience. She develops and executes communications strategies designed to engage and motivate participants and achieve desired business outcomes for multiemployer, public sector, and corporate clients in a broad range of industries. Before joining Segal Benz, Kathy held a variety of employee communications and training positions, led the Communications Practice at The Wyatt Company’s San Francisco office, and launched her own communications consulting firm. Kathy is a frequent speaker at human resources conferences and has won numerous communications awards.
