Andrew has been with Segal Benz for over 15 years. He works with clients to develop communications strategies and campaigns that help organizations talk with their employees about benefits, compensation, and organizational change in a meaningful and resonant way. Andrew thrives as a communications consultant and is eager for the opportunity to listen to clients’ needs and propose creative solutions that influence employees’/members’ thinking and change their behavior. With more than 25 years of experience, Andrew works with many private sector employers, public sector entities, and multiemployer Trust Funds, including Corelle Brands, the World Bank Group, Skidmore College, the State of Connecticut, the North Carolina State Health Plan, the University of Arkansas System, University of New England, University System of New Hampshire, Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System, the Southwest Carpenters Training Fund, Connecticut Pipe Trades Local 777, and Connecticut Laborers’ Funds. Before joining the firm, Andrew worked as a communications consultant with Ketchum Communications, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Hewitt Associates.
